What this policy covers
Most of what we sell ships as a standard order: you pay in full at checkout, we ship within 1 to 3 business days. Our standard refund and return rules for those orders are in the Refund Policy.
This page covers two cases where the purchase works differently: custom commissions (Design Requests) and pre-orders.
Custom commissions (Design Requests)
Custom Design Requests take a $10 deposit at checkout. We use that as a starting point to scope the work, and we'll email you to confirm timeline and final pricing before any design work begins. The remainder is billed once we agree on the scope.
You can cancel a Design Request and get a full refund of the deposit any time before we start the work. Once design or production has started, the deposit and any billed balance are non-refundable.
Pre-orders
Occasionally we'll offer a product on pre-order before it's in stock. Pre-order details (deposit amount, expected ship window, balance billing) are listed on the product page.
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once the order has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.
Subscriptions and try-before-you-buy
We don't currently offer subscription, recurring-delivery, or try-before-you-buy products. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before the new product type goes live.
