You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
To begin a return, email us at hello@fnfdesign.ca with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once we approve the return, ship the item to the address below. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; use any carrier, but pick one with tracking or delivery confirmation, as we are only able to issue refunds for returns we receive. Items sent back without an approved return cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email us within 30 days with a photo. We'll replace or refund it, usually without asking you to ship it back.
Custom and digital items
Custom commissions (Design Requests) and digital files (STL downloads) are non-refundable once production has started or the file has been delivered.
International orders
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by your country and are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in our prices or shipping cost. If you encounter an unexpected charge, please reach out before refusing or abandoning the shipment. Refused parcels may be returned to us or destroyed by the carrier depending on the route, so a return is not guaranteed. Where a refused parcel is returned to us, we refund the product cost (not the original shipping, duties, or return-shipping charges). We're happy to help you find a solution before it gets to that point.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen it, contact us at hello@fnfdesign.ca.
